Cancellation & Refund

Every MemoraBooks album is made to order from your own photos and your own choices, so we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed and paid for.

Please check your album carefully, every page, the cover and the spelling of names, before you finish it. What you approve is what we deliver.

For digital albums, the files are delivered the moment payment is confirmed, so no refund or cancellation is possible after that.
